Laughter On The 23rd Floor! This was the first show this season, with performances opening Friday, October 4th and running Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through October 18th. Another Neil Simon smash hit.

" Damn Yankees! " A Musical Comedy by George Abbott And Douglass Wallop

Damn Yankees! This was the third show of the season. Performances were Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 16 May through 31 May. This great show would not have been possible without the sponsorship of Nestle Panama. Since the Pacific Theater Arts Center had closed, due to Panama Canal Treaty requirements, and our close association with their operation and the shows many military participants, this show was entered into the U.S. Army's 1997 World Wide FORSCOM Competition and earned the following awards: First Place for Choreography, Costume Design, Supporting Actor (the male chorus), Cameo Performance, Lighting Design and Sound Design; Second Place for Musical Plays, Productions, Musical Direction, Direction, Set Design, Leading Actor & Actress and Supporting Actor and Actress; Third Place for Supporting Actress.
